Booking Policy

To secure your session, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time. of booking

Booking Requirements

• 50% non-refundable retainer due to reserve your date

• Remaining balance is due 24 hours before the session

• No date is officially help without a retainer

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice

• Reschedule sessions must be used within 30 days

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a new retainer

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time and prepared

• Clients arriving late will lose that time from their session

• If lateness exceeds 15-20 minutes, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled

Editing Policy

• All final images and video clips are edited in my creative style

• Raw/unedited images ar not included unless purchased separately (If offered)

• Excessive re-editing request may result in an additional fee

Creative Direction

• Clients are encouraged to come with inspiration goals, and brand ideas

• Final creative execution, posing guidance, and artistic direction are a the photographer’s discretion

Weather Outdoor Sessions

• Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions

• Weather-related reschedules will be handled fairly and at no penalty when neccessary

Delivery

• Final files will be delivered digitally via online gallery or file transfer

• Please download and save your files promptly after delivery
